**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Payment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily client withdrawal payments and company payments, as well as providing support to the Client Payments team and Accounting team on the reconciliation process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts and cash balance positions
  • Provide support to the Client Payments team and Accounting team on the reconciliation process
  • Manage daily client withdrawal payments and company payments (payment initiations)
  • Set up vendors in e-banking platforms / TMS
  • Follow up on payments and vendor approvals with authorized signatories
  • Open and handle bank accounts for the entities of the group
  • Handle bank KYC requests and coordinate with corresponding stakeholders
  • Identify and report any issues related to client payments and work with stakeholders to resolve anomalies and address the root cause
  • Support the Treasury team on scaling payment processes with new banks across several jurisdictions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support best practices in treasury management
  • Support the Treasury Team with TMS implementation and testing
  • Assist in other duties assigned by the Treasury Manager
  • Prepare reports to the regulator

**Requirements**

  • Practical treasury or shared service center experience
  • Crypto currency experience is a distinct advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Reliable and attention to detail
  • Good Excel skills, appetite for process optimization
  • Good adaptability, not afraid of change
  • Customer-oriented
