About the Job

We are Quadcode, a leading fintech company specializing in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our HR team, who will be responsible for managing external service provider contracts globally, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Manage ESP contracts globally, including initiation, negotiation, and renewal processes, in collaboration with the legal department.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Review and verify ESP documentation adherence, maintain up-to-date filing systems for ESP-related documents and contracts, and ensure compliance with labor laws globally.
  • Invoice Processing: Liaise with the finance department for timely ESP payments.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with various departments to meet service requirements and resolve issues.
  • Reporting: Provide regular management reports on contract performance, service level compliance, and cost management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for ESP contract management.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive onboarding experience for candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders within and outside the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in HR, particularly in transition support, onboarding, and stakeholder management.
  • Skills: Knowledge of international labor laws, familiarity with HR technologies, proficiency in drafting and managing contracts, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
