Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant HR to join our team at Sun Tours Jordan. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of office activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of employee attendance, leave, and performance reviews, adhering to company policies and legal standards.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Oversee benefits and compensation management, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Address and manage employee relations, fostering a positive workplace environment and promoting employee engagement.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as facilitating employee onboarding and training initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or HR
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
