Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including creating new hire files and entering data into HR systems
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee information, including benefits and performance evaluations
  • Support management with HR-related issues and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and generate reports as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Related work experience in HR or a related field
  • Supervisory experience is not required
  • License or certification is not required
