Business Development Manager

MINDFREE CONSULTING is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic market research, relationship building, and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Intelligence: Gather valuable insights through face-to-face interactions with customers to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track relevant metrics to measure business development performance and inform data-driven decisions.

  • Sales and Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage sales administration and filter new business opportunities to optimize resource allocation.
  • Client Acquisition: Plan and execute persuasive approaches to win new clients and expand our customer base.
  • Project Implementation: Coordinate information and commercial responses to drive project implementation and delivery.
