Job Title: Freelance Trainer for HR Finance IT Sales and Marketing Governance Risk and Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Trainer to join our team at Business Umbrella. As a Freelance Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to corporate clients in the fields of HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for corporate clients, tailoring content to specific needs and skill levels.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, presentations, and resources for various training topics.
  • Participant Engagement: Foster a positive learning environment, using instructional techniques and tools to cater to different learning styles.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments and evaluations, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about industry developments, continuously improving your training delivery skills.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a freelance trainer or corporate trainer in HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of the respective fields, including industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training approaches as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver training sessions.
  • Proficiency in using technology for virtual training and content delivery.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in the respective areas are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on a freelance basis, with availability to conduct training sessions as per client requirements.
