  • Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization s sales/business development and architect & engineering groups.
  • Respond to requests for information (RFI) or requests for proposals (RFP) from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical functionalities to business values.
  • Participates in customer calls and face to face meetings.
  • Comfortable communicating with C-level executives.
  • Understanding of our products, services, and our customers digital transformation journeys will be crucial to success.
  • Assist sales in technical components of tender and bidding process - Act as the technical authority for assessment and approval of specifications for solution construction or change
  • Coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation engineering once contracts have been awarded.
