Role Summary:

The Finance Teams Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Shared Services team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is critical in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across financial processes, while supporting the team in delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Shared Services team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Support in processing invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of required financial documents.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to routine inquiries related to finance operations.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Provide logistical support for audits and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates, 0 - 2 years of experience in finance or administrative support roles (preferably in a shared services environment).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
