We're looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst - Finance Operations to join our team. This role will focus on designing and maintaining metrics, solving process issues, and reporting.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation, advancement, and maintenance of the company's metrics and KPI tools.
  • Collaborate with Financial Operations manager on P&L Analysis 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to solve operational finance issues.
  • Leverage data sources to identify process gaps, root causes, and inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate across Finance Ops and broader teams to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience, with 1–3 years in a management accounting/commercial finance function.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in Technology, Finance, or Real Estate environments is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and own metrics/KPIs.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ownership mentality with initiative and leadership to go above and beyond.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Apps Script or SQL knowledge
  • ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA/CMA or CFA qualifications advantageous
