Optimiza is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze business needs, develop strategic solutions, and enhance operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within IT and be capable of liaising effectively between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for IT projects.
  • Define and prioritize project scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development processes and ensure requirements are properly implemented.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and project updates effectively.
  • Support project management in tracking progress and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within IT or consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and developing functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are advantageous.
