Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and map existing business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate high-quality business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications to guide the development of effective solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and project success.
  • Monitor project progress, providing updates and recommendations to ensure timely completion of objectives.
  • Research industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on IT or software development.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis (such as CBAP or PMI-PBA) are preferred.
