Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to clients and end-users, managing project timelines, and providing post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Payroll.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and gather requirements to tailor HCM solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and document business processes, functional requirements, and system functionalities.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for HR processes and workflows within Oracle HCM applications.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Deliver training sessions to clients and end-users to ensure proper understanding and utilization of HCM solutions.
  • Offer post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM solutions, with a focus on implementations and project management.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and processes, along with Oracle HCM modules.
  • Proven experience in leading complex Oracle HCM projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to design innovative solutions.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems is a plus.
