Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Microsoft cloud products and services, including Azure and Office 365. As a Presales Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to both sales teams and customers, providing expert guidance on industry insights, technical expertise, product knowledge, and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Leverage broad experience in public, private, and hybrid environments to build scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
  • Support digital transformation projects using container platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and resource estimations for cloud licensing, subscriptions, and infrastructure components.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the presales process, aligning customer needs with cloud-native and modern IT solutions.
  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, deliver compelling demos and presentations, and help achieve business targets.
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution overviews, and RFP/RFI responses that meet customer and industry requirements.
  • Apply understanding of DevOps practices and solution designs.
  • Design end-to-end solutions integrating Microsoft cloud with networking, cybersecurity, backup/DR, and identity systems.
  • Maintain effective relationships with sales teams, customers, vendors, and partners throughout the presales lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on trends from cloud hyperscalers, IT modernization, and enterprise digital strategies.
  • Ensure well-documented designs and maintain organized project records to support smooth implementation handover.

Working Environment: 60% office, 40% field.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering is preferred or any other related field.

Level of Experience:

Intermediate Experience (5-8Yrs) in a related field.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud & Infrastructure and a deep understanding of Microsoft portfolio.
  • Excellent knowledge of telecommunication industry, products, and services.
  • Ability to create and present high-quality technical proposals and BoQs.
  • Excellent knowledge of selling techniques: consultative selling, negotiation techniques, deal structuring, persuasion and deal closing, cross and up selling techniques.
  • Excellent command of proposals writing and techniques.
  • Excellent command of English language both writing and speaking.
