Optimiza is actively searching for a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to join our expert team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) projects aimed at enhancing our clients' HR operations. Your extensive knowledge and experience in Oracle HCM applications will be critical in ensuring successful implementations, optimizations, and support for our clients' HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Payroll.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and gather requirements to tailor HCM solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and document business processes, functional requirements, and system functionalities.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for HR processes and workflows within Oracle HCM applications.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Deliver training sessions to clients and end-users to ensure proper understanding and utilization of HCM solutions.
  • Offer post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM solutions, with a focus on implementations and project management.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and processes, along with Oracle HCM modules.
  • Proven experience in leading complex Oracle HCM projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to design innovative solutions.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems is a plus.
