Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives. They will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of high-quality candidates.

  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that meets business needs and contributes to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to ensure effective communication and alignment on recruitment efforts.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies, including job posting, social media advertising, and employee referrals.
  • Source and evaluate potential candidates, ensuring diversity and inclusivity in the hiring process.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for the role and organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruiters and staffing agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, processes, and laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
