Job Title: Programs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Programs Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic programs that align with our organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate program execution, communication, and progress monitoring.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, establishing effective mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through metrics and reporting systems, providing insights for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations to update on program status and gather feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience in program management or project management in a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
