Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in public service management, policy development, or a related area are necessary.
  • An in-depth understanding of public service principles, practices, and regulations is crucial.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to assess complex issues and propose effective solutions are vital.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets is necessary.
  • Experience with community engagement and public consultation processes is advantageous.
  • A passion for public service and improving the quality of life for communities is desired.
