Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team at Marriott International. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting with event planning, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Food & Beverage, including maintaining records, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including purchasing, sales, and other relevant data.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and guests, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Administrative Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
