Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Braintrust. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executives and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments for executives
    • Coordinate travel plans and itineraries
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Screen phone calls and handle other communication
    • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform clerical duties like filing, photocopying, and sending faxes
    • Take meeting notes and prepare meeting materials
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
