Job Title: Learning and Development Lead

The Learning and Development Lead plays a pivotal role in spearheading the design and implementation of learning programs, processes, and tools that align with global strategies and standards. This position ensures compliance for all employee and leadership training, serving as a resource for and taking ownership of L&D programs and materials.

Responsibilities include facilitating classroom-based and blended learning training through the application of instructional techniques to multiple audiences and locations. The incumbent delivers programs that enhance the learning experience, considering business constraints and supporting knowledge transfer. They partner with stakeholders to understand leadership demand and development needs at the front line leader (TL) and manager level, implementing pipeline programs to prepare internal talent.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a Training /Learning and Development role, with a strong track record of working with and influencing Senior Stakeholders. Experience working with multiple countries in a leadership capacity is advantageous. The selected individual will be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently on own initiative and as part of a remote team.

  • Proven experience in a Training /Learning and Development role;
  • Experience of working with and influencing Senior Stakeholders, serving as an effective business partner;
  • Experience of working with multiple countries in a leadership capacity is advantageous;
  • Ability to work independently on own initiative and as part of a remote team.
