Job Summary

As a senior associate in assurance, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within the organization. You will work closely with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees.

You will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and growing your personal brand. You will also navigate increasingly complex situations, deepen technical expertise and awareness of your strengths, and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee deployment to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams
  • Build client relationships and develop business acumen
  • Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the business context and how it is changing, as well as the ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in a relevant field such as business or accounting is preferred. You will also need to have certifications such as CA or CMA. In addition, you will need to have experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field.
