Job Overview

Capture the essence of our organization as a pioneering force in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. As a Custody and Market Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless custody and market operations. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and maintaining digital asset custody solutions with precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure secure handling of client assets, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Monitor and reconcile custody accounts daily to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of custody procedures and controls to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor and adjust ratios between warm and cold wallets, exposures, and credit lines with liquidity providers.
  • Resolve breaks and reconciliations promptly to maintain operational continuity.
  • Monitor and handle asset recoveries efficiently.
Market Operations
  • Assist in executing and monitoring market transactions to ensure timely and accurate trade settlements.
  • Monitor market conditions and report any irregularities or potential issues to team leads.
  • Support the development and improvement of trading and operational systems to enhance overall performance.
  • Facilitate OTC transactions and workflow.
  • Identify new liquidity providers and onboard them effectively.
  • Discover new tokens for listing.
  • Find and implement new custodians and their custodial solutions.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to custody and market operations.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks to safeguard our business.
  • Participate in firm-wide audits and implement necessary changes or improvements to maintain operational excellence.
Client Support
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to custody and market operations.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and educate them on our custody and trading processes to ensure smooth integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

- Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial markets.

- Basic understanding of digital asset custody and trading operations is beneficial.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.

- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy to ensure error-free work.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior work experience in finance, operations, or related fields.

- Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and digital asset wallets.

- Basic knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the crypto space.
