Broadband Marketing Supervisor

Job Brief

Seeking a dynamic, results-driven, with strong project management skills to be a Broadband Products Supervisor leading the value proposition and marketing activities for Umniah broadband lines.

This role involves overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies, managing product launches, and driving customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a plus if he has a clear understanding of the home broadband telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Securing the implementation of the marketing strategies for Fiber & TDD home broadband services, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.
• Plan and execute successful product launches, working closely with different teams to ensure timely and effective go-to-market plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to create new products and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with different channels, and to provide training, materials, and types of help that support product awareness and drive revenue growth.
• Work with the product development, IT, Network, and Marketing Communications departments to ensure a successful implementation and product launches as per the agreed roadmap.
• build & follow up digital customer journey.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of different marketing launches, providing regular reports and insights
• Monitor products KPI's and design & implement needed corrective activities
• Responsible on securing churn KPIs with contribution in proactive and reactive retention strategies
• accountable on launching promotions & achieving the KPIs for e-shop
• accountability on devices forecast as well as stock availability 
• Analyzing various data sources to identify customers' needs and behavior, and put  profitable business opportunities either in acquisition, retention, or value extraction

Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, computer Engineering or any other related field.

Level of Experience: Intermediate Experience (5-8Yrs) in a related field

Certifications & Licensure

Desirable:

·       Certified Marketing Manager (CMM)

·       PMP

·       Other related to Business

·       Master's degree in related business fields is a plus

Tools & Systems

Essential:

• High analytical skills & Excellent command of Microsoft office specially excel is a must
• Fluency in English language is required

·       Professional in Presentation: Preparing & presenting is a must

·       A working knowledge of DWH, CRM, and Billing Systems.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Essential:

• High oral and written communication skills
• Team player and lead projects
• Knowledge of telecom industry and Broadband business in particular is a Plus
