Marketing Senior Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Senior Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering innovative marketing strategies that align with client objectives. This pivotal role focuses on developing, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across priority sectors, services, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience. Strong organisational and project management skills, excellent writing and editing abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or other CRM/automation platforms is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and adapt marketing content, including presentations, reports, social media posts, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Coordinate logistics and execution for events, webinars, sponsorships, and internal activations.
  • Work closely with design, digital, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and help prepare performance dashboards, reporting on reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign positioning and messaging.
  • Support internal communications, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the region.
