We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Data Associate in the field of Artificial General Intelligence.

This role involves working with a diverse range of data types, including text, speech, audio, image, and video, to deliver high-quality labelled data that meets our key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to customer privacy guidelines
  • Work with various data modalities, such as text, image, video, and audio
  • Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple formats
  • Make sound judgments and logical decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to pivot between tasks
  • Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types
  • Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions
  • Identify and suggest changes to standard operating procedures to enhance labeling tasks
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English language (C1+ level)
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to create reports and proposals
  • Advanced reading comprehension and analytical thinking
  • Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions
  • Proficient research skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability
  • Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
