Early Careers Recruitment Lead Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our graduate hiring team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, a strong understanding of the graduate recruitment landscape, and the ability to mentor and develop a team of recruiters.

This role will focus on attracting, engaging, and hiring top graduate talent to support our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of service line headcount plans and recruitment delivery for their service line(s) / cluster / country
  • Implementing local recruitment initiatives in line with global service line strategy, to meet current and forecasted resourcing needs and overall growth ambitions
  • Team closely with other region and area service line support functions such as resource and experience management, talent leaders, learning and development, and finance and operations to consider broader 'resource management' constraints and opportunities
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities to promote our graduate programs
  • Maintain oversight on all recruitment service delivery for the cluster, country or service line
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience working in a senior recruitment business partner role
  • Ability to implement recruitment strategy once it is operationalised; able to identify the recruitment implications of certain elements of the strategy
  • Ability to mentor and develop a team of recruiters
  • Ability to quickly pick up full account management of key recruitment areas
