The role of Talent Acquisition Consultant is a critical one within our organization, requiring an individual who can drive the success of our company by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and source high-caliber technical candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Administer technical assessments and evaluate candidates' skills and competencies, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members. You should also have a strong understanding of technical skills and the ability to assess candidates' technical proficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in recruitment.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on technical roles within the technology industry.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
