Key Responsibilities
  • Agenda Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of senior officers to ensure seamless organization and productivity.
  • Document Preparation: Develop and prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for senior officer meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Meeting Planning: Organize and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally, for senior officers, including travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Expert Visits: Coordinate and facilitate visits from experts, both within and outside Jordan, to support their missions and tasks.
  • Financial Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of purchase requests (PRs) before presenting them to senior officers for signature, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Information Circulation: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the sector, keeping employees informed about business activities and collecting feedback as needed.
  • Customer Support: Respond to and resolve VIP customer complaints, working closely with relevant parties to provide timely feedback.
  • Information Management: Analyze, manage, and filter information flows (mail, phone calls, emails) to preserve senior officers' time and direct them to relevant parties.
  • Work Continuity: In the absence of senior officers, direct work flows to the right channels, ensuring smooth continuity of sector activities.
  • New Recruit Integration: Ensure a smooth arrival and integration of new recruits into the sector, facilitating their work and increasing their loyalty to Orange.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all necessary equipment for senior officers' daily work is available and functioning properly.
