Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Coordinate senior leadership's schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize productivity.
- Finance and Expense Oversight: Ensure timely submission of time and expenses by senior leadership into the company's finance system.
- Vendor and Contract Administration: Handle vendor registrations, process purchase orders, and manage related documents.
- Travel Coordination: Collaborate with the Travel Team to arrange business travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
- Document Management: Execute contract submissions into the company contract management system and manage related Docusign tasks.
- Special Assignments: Provide administrative support for special projects, including desktop research, writing, and other tasks as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities for professional interaction with all organizational levels.
