We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Jordan Business Systems - JBS. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Configuration: Supervise and lead the installation and configuration of products and solutions requested by clients as required.
