About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Deel. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively handle escalations, respond to issues in Jira, and product enhancement requests in Deel speed.
  • Conduct thorough investigations on issues, categorize them accordingly, and assign to relevant teams following Service Legal Agreements.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with partners to ensure issues impacting customers are addressed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert technical support to customers, explaining complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Optimize escalation processes to increase quality and efficiency of operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in a startup environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Support.
  • Basic understanding of Restful APIs.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working with Atlassian, Zendesk, or any CRM, Jira, and/or Service Desk.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to read and understand code to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
