Customer Retention Specialist

About the Role:

The Customer Retention Specialist plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing initiatives aimed at retaining existing customers and minimizing churn behavior.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Segmentation of the customer base into distinct groups based on behavior, value, and other relevant metrics to inform targeted retention strategies.
  • Development and deployment of data-driven analytics solutions to enhance customer lifecycle management and targeting.
  • Design and implementation of targeted promotional offers through a campaign management system to retain customers at risk of churning.
  • Metric-driven evaluation of retention campaigns to ensure success.
  • Analysis of post-launch performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Channel affinity analysis to optimize purchase and communication channels.
  • Identification of key drivers of customer churn and development of solutions to address these drivers.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, computer science, data science, marketing, finance, or related field.

Intermediate experience in a related field.
