Develop and implement plans to enhance customer experience through service quality improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities and develop targeted strategies for growth.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics partners, to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including resolving issues and identifying process efficiency improvements.
Work closely with the product development team to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on market requirements.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, ensuring a strong risk management framework.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or consumer retail, preferably with leadership roles.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize solutions, and deliver results-driven outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong network within the CPG industry.
Able to work effectively in ambiguity, leveraging adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
