Key Accounts Executive Role

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by building strong relationships with key account customers. The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for proactively managing service requests, coordinating shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries and bookings promptly, ensuring timely communication and meeting service level agreements.
  • Maintain proactive relationships through regular face-to-face visits with key accounts.
  • Manage critical complaint categories, such as customs, delays, loss, damages, and escalations.
  • Educate customers on value-added services, promoting the use of digital platforms.
  • Support backline functions during high workload periods or leave coverage.
  • Achieve individual objectives within the role, contributing to team KPIs and business growth.
