Bank of Jordan is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and acquiring top-tier talent to support our strategic goals and enhance our organizational capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and be adept at utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to find candidates who align with our bank's culture and values. As an ambassador for Bank of Jordan, you will help shape the employee experience from the very beginning of their journey with us, ensuring we continue to build a diverse and talented workforce.
Responsibilities- Oversee the full cycle recruiting process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop clear job descriptions and identify necessary skills and qualifications.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networks, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for roles across the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and key stakeholders.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and active sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with employment regulations and labor laws is a plus.
