Job Description:The Customer Growth Specialist manages customer retention, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and referral programs while overseeing analytics and MarTech tools to drive growth and engagement across channels.
Key Responsibilities:- A) Analytics & MarTech
- Manage and optimize marketing tech tools, dashboards, tags, pixels, and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for BI, product, and tech teams to align on data requirements.
- Define KPIs and reporting cadence in partnership with BI.
- B) CRM & Lifecycle
- Plan and execute push, in-app messaging, email campaigns, and automated journeys.
- Manage customer retention and re-engagement programs.
- Oversee customer engagement platforms.
- C) Loyalty & Referral Programs
- Design, implement, and optimize loyalty and referral programs.
- Track performance, analyze results, and propose improvements to drive growth.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or retention roles.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, MarTech tools, and attribution platforms.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
