Job Description:

The Customer Growth Specialist manages customer retention, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and referral programs while overseeing analytics and MarTech tools to drive growth and engagement across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A) Analytics & MarTech
  • Manage and optimize marketing tech tools, dashboards, tags, pixels, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for BI, product, and tech teams to align on data requirements.
  • Define KPIs and reporting cadence in partnership with BI.
  • B) CRM & Lifecycle
  • Plan and execute push, in-app messaging, email campaigns, and automated journeys.
  • Manage customer retention and re-engagement programs.
  • Oversee customer engagement platforms.
  • C) Loyalty & Referral Programs
  • Design, implement, and optimize loyalty and referral programs.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and propose improvements to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or retention roles.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, MarTech tools, and attribution platforms.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
