Job Title:

Customer Service Professional

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in multiple languages is also beneficial. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and three to six months of relevant experience. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge are essential. The ability to multitask and handle repetitive work in a fast-paced environment is also required.
