Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering Guest Calls: Respond promptly to guest calls, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing Guest Requests: Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, do not disturb, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and non-registered guest calls.
  • Activating/Deactivating Guest Room Message Lights: Activate/deactivate guest room message lights as appropriate.
  • Testing Communications Equipment: Test communications equipment to ensure it works properly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None.
