Administrative Coordinator

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, including maintaining files and records, answering phone calls, and scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Assist with financial management and accounting tasks, including finalizing documents for clients.
- Manage office supplies and hardware, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Develop and improve administrative systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
