- Provide customers with the latest shipments update and help them understand shipments’ process and SLAs.
- Escalate discrepancies that may occur on any shipment and reassure customers.
- Escalating actions pending with other assignees causing a delayed value delivery for the customers.
- Handling complex complaints and customers with a very thorough and details-oriented mindset.
