  • Assist all guests with disabilities and resolve all informational and directional queries from guests, train staff in all guest services and handle all cash transaction efficiently.
  • Supervise working of all cooks and housekeepers and provide training to all to ensure effective guest services and maintain work schedule for all and allocate appropriate resources as per requirement.
  • Analyze all requirements of facility and ensure compliance to all applicable policies and codes and resolve all disputes and labor issues for facility.
  • Develop and maintain all capital budgets and provide optimal level of services to all guests and visitors coming to facility.
  • Administer all finances for labor departments and ensure compliance to budget guidelines and maintain neat and clean front desk and lobby areas at all times.
  • Hire and provide training to all guest services staff, schedule work of all visitors and staff and ensure compliance to all budget requirements and provide required feedback.
  • Oversee everyday operations of all front desk team members and coordinate with various potential owners and resolve all inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of all resort supplies and provide staff with all supplies as per requirement.
