Optimiza is on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented AI Project Coordinator to support our dynamic AI project team. In this role, you will assist in the management and execution of AI projects, ensuring that they align with business objectives and are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of AI projects, from planning through execution and closure.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to team members and management.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up on project tasks.
  • Maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and risk assessments, ensuring all are up to date.
  • Support communication with stakeholders, sharing relevant updates and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Assist in the identification and management of any potential risks or issues that may impact project success.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and proposing enhancements to project management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within an AI or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and methodologies is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently as required.
