Optimiza is seeking a highly skilled AI Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our AI operational processes. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the deployment and operational support of AI solutions, ensuring they deliver maximum value and efficiency to our clients. Your leadership and strategic approach will drive the optimization of AI operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational management of AI solutions, ensuring smooth deployment, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align AI operations with business objectives and client needs.
  • Establish and enforce best practices and standards for AI deployments, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize AI performance and scalability.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the AI operations budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • Oversee the resolution of operational issues and incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and industry trends to inform operational strategy and execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to AI operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI operations or related roles, with a proven track record of managing AI projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and deployment processes.
  • Proven experience in operational management, including resource allocation and budget management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI performance monitoring tools and methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in AI or operations management are a plus.
