Optimiza is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Project / Initiatives Junior Coordinator to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will provide essential support to project managers and teams in coordinating various initiatives, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Support the preparation and organization of project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Help with communication between team members and stakeholders to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing updates to the project manager as necessary.
  • Participate in project meetings, taking notes and tracking action items to ensure follow-up.
  • Maintain project databases and assist in data entry to ensure accurate tracking of project activities.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and assist in feedback processes for project enhancements.
  • Support various administrative tasks relevant to the coordination of projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in project coordination or support, preferably in a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, or Asana) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A keen interest in project management and development methodologies.
