Optimiza is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our production, outreach, and planning efforts. The ideal candidate will assist project teams in coordinating activities, managing schedules, and facilitating communication across various departments to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects by managing schedules, resources, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure timely updates and information sharing.
  • Support the production process by preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitate outreach efforts by identifying potential partners, tracking communication, and organizing follow-up activities.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in identifying potential issues or risks, proposing solutions to ensure project success.
  • Help organize meetings, schedules, and agendas to maintain project alignment and engagement.
  • Maintain project databases and documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project milestones.
  • Contribute to the team's continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements to existing processes and tools.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management in a related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Basic understanding of outreach strategies and community engagement practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in budget tracking and resource management is a plus.
