Amman, Amman, Jordan Zain Cash Jordan Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The role holder will be responsible for leading and delivering Zain cash projects following the appropriate project management framework (Waterfall, agile or hybrid). This will include managing projects resources, schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery. Also, to oversee and manage project change requests, risks, and the quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead Zain cash strategic projects and manage multiple large-mid size projects simultaneously.
  • Apply project management life cycle processes and company policies and procedures to lead the strategic projects and partnerships.
  • Defining projects goals, objectives, scope, plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Create and maintain quality project documentation, such as timelines, risk logs, project reports and change controls, which are always kept up to date.
  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk and reporting back to PMO.
  • Attending or chairing meetings and / or workshops, preparing meeting minutes and follow up to achieve identified actions.
  • Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain contingency and escalation plans.
  • Plan and coordinate with vendors (related procurements when needed per project)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or project management.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, managing high-profile projects and initiatives.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is required. (ACP/CSM is a plus).
  • Relevant industry-specific knowledge is a big plus.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Detail oriented and strong statistical skills.

  • Project management methodologies.

  • Full proficiency in one of the project management tools (JIRA is preferred).

  • Proficient in Arabic and English.
