Finance Team Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Shared Services team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support in processing invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of required financial documents.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
- Handle correspondence and respond to routine inquiries related to finance operations.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Provide logistical support for audits and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates, 0 - 2 years of experience in finance or administrative support roles (preferably in a shared services environment).
