Job Brief:
This full-time role is dedicated to supporting daily operations within the B2B segment. The person in this position will play a key role in dispatching corporate ride requests, building and managing a fleet of drivers for corporate services, and ensuring seamless execution and follow-up of B2B operations. The role is initially assigned to an evening shift, with potential adjustments based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the dispatching of B2B ride requests.
  • Build and manage a fleet of drivers dedicated to corporate services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on all corporate ride requests.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure high service quality.
  • Monitor driver performance and availability for B2B rides.
  • Assist in reporting and documentation for all B2B-related rides.
  • Support in resolving on-ground issues related to corporate transportation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in operations or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, based on business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
