Cryptocurrency Reconciliation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation of fiat deposits and withdrawals, tracking and verifying client transactions through our platform and bank account.

In addition to this role, the successful applicant will assist the Client Payment Manager in reporting, documentation, and daily operational tasks. They will also follow a rotational daily shift, including Fridays and Saturdays, with full availability during assigned working days required.

• Perform daily reconciliation of fiat deposits and withdrawals
• Track and verify client transactions through our platform and bank account
• Support resolution of unmatched or delayed payments
• Assist the Client Payment Manager in reporting, documentation, and daily operational tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Slack, and banking portals is a plus
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in reconciliation, fintech, or general finance

We are looking for an individual who possesses strong communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities. Team-oriented mindset and a high sense of responsibility are essential for this role.

Candidates will be required to complete an Excel test before hiring. Shift-based expectations will be communicated clearly during the interview process.
