Syarah is on a mission to change how people buy their cars in Saudi and the Middle East. We offer buyers an end-to-end digital car buying experience where they can buy their next car from the comfort of their living rooms. Under the hood, we build systems to manage the sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping, and many more. Our goal is to turn the car buying into an experience of delight, comfort, and peace of mind.
We are on the lookout for ambitious, competitive, growth-minded professionals to help us continue to harness technology to delight our customers and achieve our ambitious growth objectives in the auto sector.
To ensure the efficient coordination and management of all logistics operations related to new car deliveries, registrations, and documentation, with a focus on smooth and timely processing in accordance with company standards and customer satisfaction goals. This role is offered as a three-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery and movement of new cars from suppliers to showrooms or customers.
- Follow up on car registration, insurance, and documentation with relevant authorities.
- Ensure all new car data is accurately recorded in internal systems.
- Communicate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to track and resolve delays or issues.
- Monitor stock levels of new cars and report discrepancies.
- Support sales and operations teams with required vehicle information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in preparing logistics reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software/tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
